Mission Statement

We, the people of First Baptist, are the loving, serving hands of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, who died and rose again for us. Because we love Christ and believe in him we meet together to worship him wholeheartedly and to encourage each other as Jesus wants us to. With the aid of the Holy Spirit we prayerfully reach out in Christ's love to all, eagerly telling the Good News of salvation received through God's grace as written in the Holy Bible, to our community and throughout the world, relying on Jesus for all our needs through the power of prayer.

Summer Schedule: Sunday 10:00 AM 3rd week of June to 2nd week of September
Sunday School (all ages): Sunday 9:30 AM
No Sunday School during summer schedule

Special Programs

• Bible Study is held Wednesdays 7-8 PM. We meet at a private residence; please contact the Church for details and directions.
• AA Tues. & Thurs. evenings
• Special services throughout the year We are a friendly, welcoming Bible-based church that gathers to worship God and strengthen each other as we go out into the community and serve him and his people.
